Return Policy + Process

We accept returns of eligible products purchased online through our website within 7 days of delivery of an order, with the exception of items noted as Final Sale or Made to Order.

All orders must be returned within 7 days of requesting a return for a full refund, minus shipping. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, unworn, or returned will not be granted.  

Items indicated as “final sale” or "made to order" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, or merchandise credit.

For items over 14 days from delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund or credit at this time.

Reach out to return@megajewelry.com with your return request. Make sure to include your order number.

Pack the items you are returning in the original package; enclose the original packing slip in your return package.

Seal the box securely and adhere the return shipping label included with your order to the package.

Packages can either be dropped off at any authorized UPS location, or you can schedule a pick-up via UPS. Please ensure the package is scanned for tracking purposes and obtain a receipt and record of your tracking number.

With regards to exchanges, the new item requested will be shipped once the returned item is accepted.

As our 14k Solid Gold items are made to order, these items are nonrefundable. If you are experiencing any issues with your 14k Solid Gold item(s), please reach out to support@megajewelry.com for assistance.

To track the status of your return, refer to your confirmation email. Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to process. Refunds are administered to the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Due to varying processing times between payment providers, please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account. When your return and refund are fully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from MÉGA customer care.

We offer global shipping, and for any sale inquiries related to international purchases, feel free to reach out to us at Support@megajewelry.com.

For international orders, we utilize DHL Express for shipping. Duties and Taxes are initially estimated and integrated into the total checkout, but they may be subject to change based on the territory of your region. Should you encounter any issues or delays, kindly contact the carrier or your local customs office for assistance.

Quality Control

Each MÉGA piece comes with a 1 year warranty against damage from normal wear. Exposure to water, chlorine, perfumes, lotions, and beauty products will damage your jewelry, or cause tarnishing. Sometimes your pH affects plating as well.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless it is within 30 days of purchase, or it is determined that there is an issue with the product.

All MÉGA jewelry is made from 925 Sterling Silver, including posts. The silver is then dipped in 14k Yellow Gold and electroplated for the longest-lasting wear. All 14k Solid Gold pieces are made in New York City with sustainable diamonds, allowing us the opportunity to offer our best prices.

We work with different factories and bench jewelers around the world. Internationally some jewelry is made in Italy and China, and locally in New York and Los Angeles.

We ship orders within one business day, so if you would like to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours. If we have already shipped your item, you will have to follow the return policy steps and process a refund.
